RESOLUTION NO. 2025-111R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS,TEXAS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH FREEIT DATA <br /> SOLUTIONS, THROUGH THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF <br /> INFORMATION RESOURCES (DIR), FOR DATA MANAGEMENT <br /> SOFTWARE FOR A FIVE-YEAR TERM IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $288,170.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER <br /> DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The Agreement with FreeIT Data Solutions, Inc. (Contract No. 2025440), <br /> through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR)program (Contract No. DIR-CPO- <br /> 4863)for Data Management Software, including maintenance and support services, in the amount <br /> of$288,170.00 for a five-year term, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
