SOLUTION NO. 2025-132R <br /> A +SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS,TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH DLT SOLUTIONS, <br /> LLC, UTILIZING THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION <br /> RESOURCES CONTRACT NUMBER DIR-CPO-5677, FOR THE <br /> PURCHASE OF AUTODESK DRAFTING, DESIGN AND MODELING <br /> SOFTWARE AND SUPPORT FOR AN INITIAL ONE YEAR TERM IN <br /> THE AMOUNT OF $30,291.80, WITH THE OPTION TO RENEW FOR UP <br /> TO FOUR ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR PERIODS, FOR A TOTAL <br /> ESTIMATED COST, INCLUDING ANY PRICE INCREASES, OF <br /> $184,934.47; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER <br /> DESIGNEE,TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND ANY RENEWALS ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A contract with DLT Solutions, LLC, utilizing the Texas Department of <br /> Information Resources Purchasing Cooperative Contract No. DIR-CPO-5677, for the purchase of <br /> AutoDesk software licensing and support in the annual amount of$30,291.80, with the option to <br /> renew for up to four additional one-year periods, for a total estimated cost, including any price <br /> increases, of$184,934.47, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract and <br /> any renewals on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
