SOLUTION NO. 2025-134R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH GENSERVE, <br /> THROUGH THE BUYBOARD PURCHASING COOPERATIVE, FOR <br /> PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR CITY FACILITY <br /> GENERATORS, WATER BOOSTER STATIONS AND WASTEWATER <br /> LIFT STATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF$180,000.00; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER,OR HER DESIGNEE,TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT <br /> ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A contract is hereby approved through the Buyboard Cooperative Purchasing <br /> Contract#757-24, for biannual preventative maintenance service, fuel cleaning, and 2-Hour load <br /> bank testing at City facility emergency generators, and annual preventative maintenance service, <br /> fuel cleaning, and 2-Hour load bank testing at water booster stations and wastewater lift station <br /> emergency generators, with an estimated amount of$180,000.00. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager,or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract and the <br /> renewals on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
