o Lot Type Single Family: 580 Lots <br /> See Exhibit E for the buyer disclosures. <br /> AUTHORIZED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> The Developer has completed the Authorized Improvements listed in the 2020 SAP and they were <br /> dedicated to the City. <br /> OUTSTANDING ASSESSMENT <br /> Net of the principal bond payment due September 1, the District has an outstanding Assessment <br /> of $11,163,387.73. The outstanding Assessment is less than the $11,580,000.00 in outstanding <br /> PID Bonds due to prepayment of Assessment for which PID Bonds have not yet been redeemed. <br /> ANNUAL INSTALLMENT DUE 1/31/2026 <br /> ■ Principal and Interest—The total principal and interest on the PID Bonds required for this <br /> year's Annual Installment is$857,587.54. <br /> ■ Additional Interest—The Delinquency and Prepayment Reserve Requirement, as defined <br /> in the Indenture, of $636,900.00 has not been met. As such, the Delinquency and <br /> Prepayment Reserve will be funded with Additional Interest on the outstanding <br /> Assessment, resulting in an Additional Interest amount due of$53,825.00. <br /> ■ Annual Collection Costs—The cost of administering the District and collecting the Annual <br /> Installments shall be paid for on a pro rata basis by each Parcel based on the amount of <br /> outstanding Assessment remaining on the Parcel.
