Kane Survey, Abstract 281, Hays County, Texas and also being out of a the remainder of a 43.40 acre tract of bad recorded in Volume 2221, Page 204 of the Iced Records of Hays County, Texas and described in Volume 560, Page 396 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas and being more particularly described as follows; Beginning at a %" iron pin with orange cap stamped "C&B PROP COR." set in the East line of State Highway 123, said point being the most Southerly corner of said 43.40 acre tract, a Northwesterly corner of a tract of land as recorded in Volume 1886, Page 204 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; Thence with the East line of Highway 123, N 040 22' 39" E a distance of 43.11 feet to a point for a Northwesterly corner of this herein described easement; Thence departing said East line of Highway 123, N 480 28' 15" E a distance of 1559.98 feet to an angle point, and N 48° 29' 51" E, a distance of 102.04 feet to a point in the Southwest line of Lot 1, Block 2 of R and R Subdivision Section Two as recorded in Book 8 Page 158 of the Plat Records of Hays County, Texas; Thence with said Southwest line of Lot 1, S 41 ° 37' 52' E a distance of 30.00 feet to a /Z" iron pin found for the most Southerly corner of said Lot 1 and of said R and R Subdivision Section Two, and being in the Northwest line of a 20.00 acre tract of land as recorded in Volume 2007, Page 812 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas; Thence departing said corner of Lot i, and with the Northwest: line of said 20.00 acre tract of land, the Southeast line of said 43.40 acre tract, S 48' 29" 51" iii a distance of 102.10 feet to an angle point of this herein described easement; 0
