RESOLUTION NO. 2025-159R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 TO THE <br /> CONTRACT WITH JERDON ENTERPRISE L.P. FOR THE SESSOM <br /> CREEK BANK STABILIZATION AND WASTEWATER REPLACEMENT <br /> PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF$115,949.13,FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT <br /> PRICE OF $2,738,516.97; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR <br /> HER DESIGNEE,TO EXECUTE THE CHANGE ORDER ON BEHALF OF <br /> THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. Change Order No. 3 to the agreement with Jerdon Enterprise LP, (Contract <br /> No. 224-002) for the Sessom Creek Bank Stabilization & Wastewater Replacement Project in the <br /> amount of$115,949.13 for a total contract price of$2,738,516.97, is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br /> documents to implement the Change Order on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
