Call to Order <br />Present <br />Jim Pendergast, Chair <br />Hilda Cook <br />Ani Yazedjian Hensleigh <br />Michael Occhialini <br />David Brown <br />Not present <br />Arturo Benavides <br />Rebecca Conley (teleconference) <br />MCity Staff <br />Stephanie Reyes, Assistant to the City Manager <br />Daley Heller, City Clerk Administrate Technician <br />Upon a quorum, present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos Sunset Advisory <br />Commission was called to order at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2009 in the San <br />Marcos City Hall Conference Room, 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />2. Approve minutes from the July 10, 2009 meeting <br />Upon a motion made by Commissioner Brown and seconded by Commissioner <br />Hensleigh, the Sunset Advisory Commission voted six (6) for and note (0) opposed to <br />accept the minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously. <br />3. Discuss Board/ Commission meetings each person has attended <br />The Commission provided updated information on the different meetings they <br />attended. The Commission provided directions in regards to which Boards and <br />Commissions they need to have additional discussions on. <br />4. Review Meeting Tracking Sheet <br />The Commission provided updates to which Board /Commission attended and <br />completed their Worksheets (see attached Tracking Sheet). The Commission also <br />• provided directions regarding a Group for Discussion Tracking Sheet (see attached <br />sheet). <br />
