This compensation is divided among <br />the Basic Services as follows: <br />1.1 PHASE 1- PRE-CHARETTE $ 7,313.00 <br />$28,842.00 <br />1.2 PHASE 2 -CHARETTE $84,033.00 <br />1.3 PHASE 3 - POST CHARETTE 7,313.00 <br />TOTAL FEE: $127,500.00 <br />13.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Consultant will be <br />computed based on the Consultant's standard hourly rates: <br />Principal: $150/hour. <br />Registered Professional: $70/hour. <br />Graduate Professional: $60/hour. <br />Draftsman/Technical: $50/hour. <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
