J. CHAMBERS LEAGUE, ABSTRACT NO. 2, AND A PORTION OF THAT TRACT DESCRIBED AS A 501.30 ACRES IN A DEED TO C & G DEVELOPMENT, INC., RECORDED IN VOLUME 1360, PAGE 092 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING at a 6" cedar post found at an angle point of the north line of said 501.30 acres tract and the south line of a 232.1 acres in a deed to Milton Daniel Buie Properties Partnership, recorded in Volume 399, Page 326 of the Hays County Deed Records; THENCE, N 57 °51'47 "E along the common line of said 501.30 acres tract and the south line of said 232.1 acres tract, a distance of 152.37 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod with a TXDOT Aluminum Cap set on the northeast proposed right -of -way line of Wonder World Drive, being located 100 feet left of the Center Line Station 118 +57.20; THENCE, N57 °51'47 "E, along the said common line, a distance of 315.85 feet to a calculated point; THENCE, S56 °23'25 11 E along the said common line, a distance of 386.25 feet to a 112 inch rod with (SAVORY -4598) cap set and having a located 58.89 feet left of the Center Line Station 18 +88.89 of Craddock Lane, having Texas Coordinate System Surface Coordinates of No= 13,871,292.127, Ea= 2,294,905.238 (state plane coordinates, South Zone, NAD83 (93) HARN Adjustment, for the POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract described herein; 1.) THENCE, S56 °23'25 "E, along the said common line, a distance of 24.47 feet to a 1/2 inch rod with (SAVORY -4598) cap set in the northerly proposed south extension right -of -way line Craddock Lane for an interior corner of the tract described herein and the beginning of a curve to the left; 2.)
