4. The City agrees to move the proposed Craddock Avenue center median <br />back to the C & G Development eastern property line (PT Sta. 19 + 20.36) <br />and; <br />5. The City agrees to finalize this transaction on or before December 18, <br />2009 and; <br />6. Grantor agrees to execute the Right -of -Way Deed for the Craddock <br />Avenue roadway upon approval of this agreement by City Council and; <br />7. The City agrees to assist Grantor with the Site Preparation Application to <br />acquire a Fill Dirt Permit at no cost to Grantor and; <br />8.
