RESOLUTION NO. 2025-181R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE <br /> CITY'S CONTRACT WITH THE HAYS CALDWELL ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP ("HCEDP") IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $200,000.00, PLUS ELIGIBLE EXPENSES, FOR ECONO IC <br /> DEVELOPMENT SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGE+R, <br /> OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE SUCH CONTRACT EXTENSION; <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached one-year extension of the city's contract with the Hays Caldwell <br /> Economic Development Partnership ("HCEDP") in the amount of $200,000.00, plus eligible <br /> expenses, for economic development services, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract <br /> extension on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
