• RESOLUTION 2008-62R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND PUBLIC <br />SECTOR PERSONNEL CONSULTANTS IN CONNECTION WITH AN <br />EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION STUDY IN A <br />NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $56,500.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement between the City and Public Sector Personnel <br />Consultants for professional consulting services in connection with an Employee Classification <br />and Compensation Study in anot-to-exceed amount of $56,500.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the <br />City. <br />PART 3.
