Rio Salado Parkway #109 San Marcos, Texas 78666 Tempe, Arizona 85281 Fax: 512-396-4656 Fax: 480-970-6019 ARTICLE 13 BASIS OF COMPENSATION 13.1 The City will compensate the Consultant, in accordance with Article 4, Payments to the Consultant, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: 13.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to Consultant for Basic Services as described in Sections 1.1 through 1.3 will not exceed $56,500.00. This compensation is divided among the Basic Services as follows: Invoice No. 1 $ 5,650.00 Project planning and briefing meetings; PAQ distribution and explanation; development of external market model of comparator agencies for review and approval; solicitation of market data and survey participation from survey agencies. Invoice No. 2 $19,775.00 PAQ review and analysis; development of position classification (job title) Recommendations; collection and data extraction of external market data from Comparator agencies; creation of schematic or occupational job classifications, Transaction register of current to recommended job titles. Invoice No. 3 $19,775.00 Calculation of prevailing rates and benefits from collected market data; job analysis or evaluation based on point factor and/or market prevailing rates; development of job descriptions based on PAQ's and classification recommendations; review of draft classification and compensation plans with City staff. Invoice No. 4 $11,300.00 Finalization of classification and compensation plan recommendations; fiscal impact estimates of alternative implementation approaches; completion of job descriptions (Estimated to be 190 @ $85.00 each); preparation and presentation ]0
