<br />RESOLUTION 2008-67R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO <br />LUPE RUBIO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE RIO VISTA <br />TERRACE SUBDIVISION RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT PHASE 1, <br />WASTEWATER IN THE AMOUNT OF $420,207.00; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br />PART 1. The award of a construction contract to Lupe Rubio Construction <br />Company, Inc. for the Rio Vista Terrace Subdivision Reconstruction Project, Phase 1 <br />Wastewater in the amount of $420,207.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager is authorized to execute the contract documents on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
