G 4 0INA I, A d R P <br />FIXED BASED OPERATORS (FBOS) <br />The San Marcos Regional Airport has two FBO facilities - Berry Aviation and Redbird <br />Skyport. <br />Berry Aviation <br />Berry Aviation is an FBO, flight charter, <br />and specialized aviation services <br />company based at the San Marcos <br />Regional Airport. Berry was formed in <br />1983 and now has approximately 200 <br />employees. <br />The FBO facility for Berry Aviation is <br />located on the western side of the <br />airport close to the approach end of <br />Runway 8. The facility provides a full array of FBO services and facilities including a <br />pilot's lounge, flight planning facility, conference/meeting room, WiFi, courtesy cars, <br />aircraft ground services, and Jet A/100LL fuel service. Additionally, self-service <br />fueling is avaliable for 100LL. <br />The terminal facility for the FBO is approximately 3,600 square feet and is in good <br />condition. The facility has 40 vehicle parking spots including two American <br />Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible spaces. Berry Aviation FBO is open seven days a <br />week from 6 AM to 9 PM local. <br />Redbird Skyport <br />Redbird Skyport is an FBO located immediately west of the ATCT along Airport <br />Drive. The facility was constructed and opened in late 2011 and provides a full array <br />of FBO services and facilities including a pilot's lounge, flight planning facility, <br />conference/meeting rooms, WiFi, courtesy cars, aircraft ground services, and Jet <br />A/100LL fuel service. The primary facility - which is a combination FBO, hangar, <br />classroom, and event center - is approximately 30,000 square feet and is in good <br />condition. <br />Inventory Chapter Page 26 of 52 <br />October 2020 <br />
