Change Order No. 4 to the agreement with Jerdon Enterprise LP, (Contract <br />No. 224-002) for the Sessom Creek Bank Stabilization & Wastewater Replacement Project in the <br />amount of $195,937.17 for a total contract price of $2,934,454.14 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the Change <br />Order on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
