1 .1.,1 �1 <br />BE IT RESOLVED 1 OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />.- _ <br />PART 1. The Interlocal Agreement between the Great Springs Project and the Capital <br />Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) for a CAMPO Transportation Alternatives <br />Grant to develop a study for a shared use path or trail along Hunter Road from San Marcos to the <br />Hays/Corral County Line in the amount of $0.00, is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to do anything necessary <br />or sign appropriate documents showing support for the Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
