CERTIFICATE FOR RESOLUTION NO.2025-207R <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />We, the undersigned officers of the City of San Marcos, Texas, (the "City") hereby certify <br />as follows: <br />1. The City Council of the City convened in a regular meeting on the 2 1 " day of October, <br />2025, at the designated meeting place (the "Meeting"), and the roll was called of the duly <br />constituted officers and members of the Board, to wit: <br />Jane Hughson <br />Mayor <br />Matthew Mendoza <br />Council Member Place 1 <br />Saul Gonzales <br />Council Member Place 2 <br />Alyssa Garza <br />Council Member Place 3, Mayor Pro Tern <br />Shane Scott <br />Council Member Place 4 <br />Lorenzo Gonzalez <br />Council Member Place 5 <br />Amanda Rodriguez <br />Council Member Place 6 <br />and all of said persons were present, except the following absentees: , thus <br />constituting a quorum. Whereupon, among other business, the following was transacted at the <br />Meeting: a written <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF <br />THE ALLIANCE REGIONAL WATER AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE <br />ISSUANCE OF CONTRACT REVENUE BONDS IN AN AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL <br />AMOUNT OF $12,015,000 FOR THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS IN <br />CONNECTION WITH THE REGIONAL WATER SUPPLY CONTRACT PROJECT; <br />AND APPROVING OTHER RELATED MATTERS <br />was duly introduced for the consideration of the City. It was then duly moved and seconded that <br />the Resolution be passed; and, after due discussion, the motion, carrying with it the passage of the <br />Resolution, prevailed and carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />2.
