Future use of this land shall be limited to Regional Park Types and Typical Park <br />Facilities as provided in the San Marcos Development Code. <br />18. The Developer has provided a dissolution petition which will be held in escrow and, unless <br />otherwise agreed to by the City and Developer, may be acted upon by City Council if: <br />a. Any material Terms and Conditions of the agreement between the City and <br />Developer are not met by Developer after notice and opportunity to cure, <br />b. Any Timetable requirements are not met, as adjusted for Force Majeure, or <br />c.
