Public Notice of Comment Period and Public Hearing Notice of the comment period and public hearing was provided in English and Spanish by publication in a local newspaper and on the City's website. It is required to be published at least 15 days before the start of the oonnnnenL period and include the names and addresses of the locations where copies could be found for review.
