Texas <br />Signature of the Authorized Representative: ~ - <br />J / / ('1 ~ <br />Title of the Authorized Representative: (/ P ~V~ S ! ~~/t T~ JY~ P~C~ <br />Date: J~ ~~~ <br />Description of the applicant's role and responsibility in grant implementation and partner <br />coordination for the EMHE grant project: <br />Texas State University-San Marcos will be the lead role in the implementation and partner <br />process for the eighteen months duration of this grant process. This role will be inclusive of <br />design and implementation of policy at Texas State collaboration for inclusion in policy for the <br />City of San Marcos Broad scale Implementation and complete integration of NIMS at Texas <br />State and collaboration for inclusion in the CitYof San Marcos Emergency Management. Texas <br />State will also partner with Texas School Safety Center (TxSSC) for propagation of education <br />and all necessary compliance requirement under NIMS and to create a model for implementation <br />at other institutions of higher education. <br />
