Carson ("Carson") appeared in person and by attorney of record and Defendant <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, appeared by attorney of record. The court, having heard the arguments of <br /> <br />the parties and considered the evidence presented is of the opinion and orders as the legal and <br /> <br />just adjudication of this matter the following: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plaintiff Carson is currently the owner of certain property with the legal <br /> <br />description: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Plat of Lot 1, Carson Addition, a subdivision in Hays County, Texas, <br />according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Book 10 at Page 38 of the Plat <br />Records of Hays County, Texas (the "Property"); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such Property was the subject of several zoning variance applications, an <br /> <br />application for a specific use permit, and Records of Action issued by the City of San Marcos <br /> <br />Zoning Board of Adjustments on April 10, 2001 and September 11,2001; <br /> <br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, DECREED AND DECLARED THAT the following <br /> <br />variances (collectively, the "Variances") were granted by the City of San Marcos Zoning Board <br /> <br />of Adjustments with respect to the Property: <br /> <br />FINAL JUDGMENT <br /> <br />PAGE 1 <br />
