HOLT IN <br />VOLUME 184, PAGE 106, DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, <br />AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND <br />BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />BEGGING at a Yz"iron rod, with cap set for the southerly most comer of said 11.586 acre tract, <br />same being a point on the westerly right-of-way of Hays County Road No. 161, (Uhland Road), <br />being the easterly most corner of the tract herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE S 45° 27' 58" W, with the west line of said County Road No. 161, a distance of <br />13.30 feet to a Yz" iron rod with cap set for the northerly most corner of a called 1 09.43 acre tract <br />of land conveyed to Bob A.
