The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 4.1.2.2 of the <br />City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone the tract of property described in Section 1 <br />above from Single-Family Residential District/Future Development (SF-6/FD) to Community <br />Commercial (CC). <br />SECTION 3. After its original passage, this ordinance will be subject to reconsideration <br />at the next regular City Council Meeting. If this ordinance is not reconsidered at the next regular <br />City Council Meeting, it shall become effective immediately.
