Breihan <br />to Hill Country Faith Ministries, dated May 16, 1975 and recorded <br />in Volume 275, Page 592 of the Hays County Deed Records, being the <br />south corner of a 16.5 wide foot strip dedicated to the Public for <br />right-of-way by a plat of Lot 1, Hill Country Faith Ministries <br />Addition as recorded in Volume 6, Page 130 of the Hays County Plat <br />Records, (said Lot 1 being a portion of the 9.42 acre tract) being <br />the east corner of a road easement fram Theodore W.
