Authority to enter into this Additional Participant Agreement and the person executing this <br />agreement is duly authorized on behalf of Additional Participant to enter into this Additional <br />Participant Agreement and that Additional Participant has agreed to be bound by the Additional <br />Participant Agreement, the Interlocal Agreement and the duties and obligations of Additional <br />Participant set out in those agreements. <br />7. INSTALLATION AND DISPOSAL OF EQUIPMENT <br />If Participant secures installation of the equipment from a source other than Provider, <br />Participant shall pay to Provider all reasonable costs, expenses, fully burdened employee costs, <br />and administrative costs of testing, engineering modifying, or repairing the equipment so that it <br />will properly function on the Trunked Radio System. Participant is responsible for properly <br />disposing of any old, obsolete, or unusable radio equipment, including batteries. <br />8.
