Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Habingreither lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Habingreither introduced the Citizen Comment period. Mayor Habingreither stated no one signed up to speak during the Citizen Comment period. Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration three appointments to the Human Services Advisory Board. Ms. Narvaiz moved to reappoint Sonya Lopez as the non-voting member-Social Work Degree and Mr. Thomaides moved to reappoint Helen Franks, which passed unanimously. The remaining appointment will be rescheduled. Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration one appointment to the Arts Commission. Ms. Narvaiz moved to appoint Katherine Wolff, which passed unanimously. * Mr. Mihalkanin was not present at this meeting. * Mr. O'Leary was not present at this meeting.
