responsibility for the materials. 1.0.6 Consultant will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Consultant will advise the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its services and the Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data and information. 1.1 TASK I — CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT The Consultant will: 1.1.1 Review existing conditions at the Project site to determine the condition of the existing tennis Court facility and to verify base map information gathered to date. 1. 1.2 Refine the proposed design based on this site evaluation and discussions with City staff in order to finalize the programming, layout and space requirements necessary for the proposed Project within context of the Rio Vista Park Site. The Engineer will also evaluate the Project in accordance with the terms of the San Marcos River Corridor Ordinance. 1. 1.3 Prepare preliminary construction cost estimates for review and approval by the City. 1.1.4 Attend a pre - development meeting as organized by the City to review development issues and Project procedures. 1.2 TASK 2 -- TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY The Consultant will: 1.2.1 The project team will prepare a topographic survey for the proposed Project area. The approximately two -acre area and limits of the survey are shown on the attached map (Attachment A). 1.2.2 Provide the final survey to the City in digital format in one --foot contour intervals. 1.3 TASK 3 — GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION The Consultant will: 1.3.1 The design team will provide the City of San Marcos with a geotechnical report for the Project to include seven (7) —15' deep borings. In addition the Consultant will provide design recommendations for paving, foundation, and other structural improvements. 1.4 TASK 4 -- CONSTRUCTION DOCUMEENTS PREPARATION Land Design- Tennis Courts Agreement 6
