1.4.9 Ensure that no reports, maps, or other documents produced in whole or in part under this <br />Agreement will be the subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf of the Consultant. <br />1.4.10 obtain approval from City Building Inspections Department of all technical plans and <br />specifications necessary for successful completion of the Project prior to allowing the <br />construction contract to be let for bid. <br />1.4.11 Assist the City in connection with the City's responsibility for fling documents required <br />for the approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Proj ect. <br />1.4.1 2 Prepare a summary letter /drainage report addressing the City's -requirements with respect <br />to site drainage. <br />1.4.13 Provide the City with a final opinion of probable cost for site improvements at the 40/0, <br />60% and 100% plan completion stage. Provide specifications and bid sheet i� word format to <br />assist the City in the preparation of bid packets and bid form formatting. <br />1.4.14 Deliver to the City one (1) digital copy and seven hard copies of the construction <br />documents and specifications for bidding purposes. <br />1.5 TASK 5 - STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN PREPARATION <br />This Proj ect falls under the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality ( "TCEQ ") <br />Texas Pollution Discharge Elimination System Phase 11 permitting requirements. The Consultant <br />will: <br />1.5.1 Prepare and furnish the City with a Storm water Pollution Prevention Plan ("SW3P") for <br />this Project. The City will require that the construction contractor display the S W3 P at the job <br />site and update the plan according to the requirements listed in the S WP 3 . In addition, the City <br />will require the construction contractor to follow the plan. <br />1.5.2 Provide a construction site notice for the Contractor's posting at the Project site within <br />the Sw3P. By law, this construction site notice is a separate plan from the erosion and <br />sedimentation control plan contained in the construction drawings. This is a compliance <br />document which both the City and the construction contractor are required by federal law to <br />follow. <br />TASK 5 - BIDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADNIINISTRATION <br />The Construction phase of this Project will commence with the award of the construction <br />contract and will terminate when the Project is accepted by the City.
