FIELD NOTES DESCRIBING A 2,980 SQUARE FOOT (0.068 ACRE) <br />WATER EASEMENT IN CITY BLOCK 7600 <br />CITY OF DALLAS, DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS <br />This description is accompanied by a Map of Survey of even date. <br />Bearings are based on Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) system observations using an RTK Network. <br />Horizontal Data is on the North American Datum 1983 (NAD 83) (2011 Adjustment), Texas State Plane <br />Coordinate System, South Central Zone (4204).
