FRIENDSWOOD DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS <br />AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY <br />WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSES.
