PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE <br />San Marcos City Code of Ordinances adopts the International Property Maintenance Code under Chapter <br />14, Article 4 including amendments that add local requirements such as the artistic boarding up of vacant <br />structures. Section Al05.1 requires that doors and windows of vacant buildings and structures be boarded in <br />accordance with standards for securing and artistic board -up.
