A. The Program Site will have toilets located and equipped so Participants can use them <br /> independently and Program Staff can monitor as needed. <br /> B. An adequate number of lavatories will be provided. <br /> VIII.Sanitation <br /> A. The indoor Program Sites must have adequate light,ventilation, air conditioning and heat. <br /> B. The Program Site will have an adequate supply of water meeting the Texas Department of <br /> State Health standards for drinking water. Water will be supplied to the Participants in a <br /> safe and sanitary manner. <br /> C. All waste matters will be kept in a leak-proof container. <br /> SECTION 2. It is hereby declared to be the intention of the City Council that the sections, <br /> paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this Ordinance are severable and, if any phrase, <br /> clause, sentence, paragraph or section of this Ordinance should be declared invalid by the final <br /> judgment or decree of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect any of <br /> the remaining phrases, clauses, sentences,paragraphs and sections of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in <br /> conflict with this Ordinance are repealed. <br /> SECTION 4.
