RESOLUTION NO. 2026-45R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE REALLOCATION OF $325,000.00 <br /> IN FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS UNDER THE <br /> AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT TO SUPPORT THE RECOVERY OF <br /> THE COMMUNITY FROM COVID-19; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE ANY RELATED <br /> DOCUMENTS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A reallocation of$325,000.00 in funds received by the City of San Marcos under <br /> the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to support the recovery of the community from COVID- <br /> 19, is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute any related <br /> documents on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
