RESOLUTION NO. 2026-51R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />TEXAS, ("CITY") SUSPENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE PROPOSED BY <br />CENTERPOINT ENERGY RESOURCES CORP.
