RESOLUTION NO. 2026-47R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 10 TO THE <br /> SURFACE WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS <br /> CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT WITH ARCHER WESTERN <br /> CONSTRUCTION,LLC, FOR EXISTING METER FLOW RELOCATION, <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF$215,204.00,OF WHICH$163,555.04 IS TO BE PAID <br /> BY THE CITY AND $51,648.96 IS TO BE PAID BY GUADALUPE- <br /> BLANCO RIVER AUTHORITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, <br /> OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE CHANGE ORDER; AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A Change Order No. 10 to the agreement with Archer Western Construction, <br /> LLC (Contract No. 221-1.77), to address the flow meter's inconsistent readings by relocating the <br /> existing flow meter into a new vault further upstream in the amount of $215,204.00, of which <br /> $163,555.04 is to be paid by the city and $51,648.96 is to be paid by Guadalupe-Blanco River <br /> Authority(GBRA)is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the Change Order <br /> on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
