SAN MARCOS AS A DESTINATION - Expand and support responsible <br />tourism programs to promote local commerce. <br />Identify promotional opportunities with area stakeholders to highlight <br />City attractions. <br />Identify areas needing enhancement for a cohesive visual look for the <br />City, including within corridors and gateways. <br />iii.
