Highway No. 2439 ; <br /> <br />THENCE through the right-of-way of said Suttle Avenue, with the arc of a curve <br />to the right having a radius of 1107.34 feet, a delta angle of 02°35'14", an arc distance of <br />50.00 feet and a chord which bears S42°48'50"W for a distance of 50.00 feet to a point being <br />the most easterly comer of II 1.0 I-acre tract of land conveyed to J. Garland Warren by instrument <br />recorded in Volume 391, Page 309 of the Deed Records of said County (said most easterly corner <br />of the Warren tract being the most easterly comer of said "Laurel Estates" recorded in Book I, <br />Page 24 of said Plat Records), same point being the intersection point of the southwesterly right- <br />of-way line of Suttle Avenue and said northwesterly right-of-way line of F. M. Highway No. <br />2439; <br /> <br />THENCE continuing with the northwesterly right-of-way line of F. M. M. Highway <br />No. 2439, same being the southwesterly boundary line of said "Laurel Estates", N46°44'10"W <br />for a distance of 21.16 feet to a point being the most easterly comer of "Quarry Springs, Section <br />1", a subdivision of record in Book 6, Page 297 of said Plat ~ecords; <br /> <br />THENCE continuing with the northwesterly right-of-way line of F.
