<br />Texas, for the Point of Beginning and the most northerly career of the herein
<br />described tract of land having Texas State Plane coordinate South Central
<br />Zone, I?AD 83 ? 93? HARN, [J. S . feet, Combined Scale Factor of 1.0001 } values of
<br />N=1385Q80,43, E?2?97?99.80, same also being South 43°49'44x' West, a distance
<br />of 128.04 feet from a fence post hole found iri the existing southwesterly
<br />right-of-way line of McCarty Lane, at the most northerly corner of said LCRA
