Railroad <br />Company to Patent No. 534, Volume 7, Hays County, Texas being depicted <br />on the following page 2 of 2 comprising Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The 229.5 acre tract being more particularly described as beginning at the <br />East comer of CR 266 and CR 232 being the westerly most comer of the <br />said tract, thence approximately 4569' southeast along the ROW of CR <br />232 (the southwest boundary of the parent tract), thence 2028' northeast <br />(along the southeast boundary of the parent tract), thence 4025' northwest <br />(crossing the parent tract) to the ROW of CR 266, thence 2490' southwest <br />along the ROW of CR 266 (along the northwest boundary of the parent <br />tract) back to the point of beginning. <br />
