<br />Exhibit A - Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />220. <br /> <br />A rectangle-shaped tract comprising + / - 229.5 acres, more or less, <br />being the south-southwesterly portion of parent 525-acre tract, said <br />parent tract being out of the S.A. & M.G. RR Survey Number 10, the <br />William West Survey Number 2, the Jesse Wilson Survey, and a survey <br />patented to James P. Hector, Assignee of the S.A. & M.G. Railroad <br />Company to Patent No. 534, Volume 7, Hays County, Texas being depicted <br />on the following page 2 of 2 comprising Exhibit A. <br /> <br />The 229.5 acre tract being more particularly described as beginning at the <br />East comer of CR 266 and CR 232 being the westerly most comer of the <br />said tract, thence approximately 4569' southeast along the ROW of CR <br />232 (the southwest boundary of the parent tract), thence 2028' northeast <br />(along the southeast boundary of the parent tract), thence 4025' northwest <br />(crossing the parent tract) to the ROW of CR 266, thence 2490' southwest <br />along the ROW of CR 266 (along the northwest boundary of the parent <br />tract) back to the point of beginning. <br />
