City of San Marcos <br />Agreement <br />Page 4 <br />As long as the City is in compliance with this Agreement, the Commission will take no further <br />enforcement actions related to the thirty (30) noted deficiencies and will forebear enforcement actions <br />related to any future deficiencies during the term hereof unless public health or the environment is <br />harmed, the event is intentional or willful, improperly reported, or not timely or appropriately mitigated. <br />Should unforeseen circumstances indicate a need to alter the above mentioned schedule, the City must <br />immediately notify the Commission so that an amendment can be discussed. <br />The effective date of this Agreement is the signature date of the City's authorized representative. <br />Acceptance of the tenns of this Agreement is indicated by the signature below. <br />This Agreement shall be in effectfor an initial term of three years.
