Y <br />Article 24: Miscellaneous <br />(a). All representations and warranties of SUBCONTRACTOR, together with all continuing <br />obligations described in this Contract, survive the ending or early termination of this Contract. <br />(b). This Contract states the entire agreement of the parties, and an amendment to it is not <br />effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. <br />(c). This Contract is binding on and inures to the benefit of the parties' successors in interest. <br />(d). This Contract is performable in Travis County, Texas, and Texas law governs the <br />interpretation and application of this Contract. <br />(e).
