<br />ASSURANCE OF ELIGIBILITY <br />FOR USING SPONSOR/PUBLICL Y -OWNED LAND <br />AS THE LOCAL MA TCHIN G SHARE <br /> <br />On behalf of the City of San Marcos, I hereby certify that all property described below has never <br />been dedicated, platted, managed or acquired for public park or recreation use, and that said property <br />is eligible to serve as the grant matching share for the City of San Marcos Blanco Eiver Park <br />Preserve, Phase I, pursuant to Texas Recreation and Parks Account Program Guidelines. <br /> <br />Approximately 97.16:1:: acres ofland made up of 11.36 acres in Lot 3, 4.60 acres in Lot 4, <br />and 81.2:1:: in Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of the Aha Falls Subdivision Master Plan, also known as Blanco <br />Shoals Planned Development District, filed as a preliminary plat with the City of San Marcos, <br />Planning and Development Services, Hays County, Texas. <br /> <br />As the Official Representative of the Project Sponsor, I fully understand that the false certification of <br />said assurance will cause the aforementioned project to be withdrawn from consideration, and that <br />future eligibility for grant consideration may be jeopardized. <br /> <br />Dan JJ~ ~anager <br /> <br />I h-c/o?J <br /> <br />Date <br />
