<br />BEGINNING, at an iron pin found at an interior corner of said Rio Marc tract, being also
<br />at an ell comer of that certain tract of land conveyed to Russek and Rubbins Joint
<br />Venture in Volume 560, Page 3960 of the Official Records of Hays County, Texas, for
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described 43.807 acre tract ofland,

<br />THENCE, with north line of said Rio Marc tract, the south line of said Russek and
