<br />20. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2003 -1 R 7 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING INTERLOCAL AGREEMENTS <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE KYLE AND WIMBERLEY VOLUNTEER <br />FIRE DEPARTMENTS FOR THE PROVISION OF MUTUAL AID IN CASE <br />OF EMERGENCY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />THE AGREEMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached interlocal agreements between the City of San Marcos <br />and the Kyle and Wimberley Volunteer Fire Departments for the provision of mutual aid <br />in case of emergency. <br /> <br />PART 2. These interlocal agreements are entered into pursuant to the <br />Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. <br /> <br />PART3. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute these <br />agreements on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 4.
