FM 3407 in Hays <br />County, Texas, from 1500' Southeast of FM 2439 to I H 35 ; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the hereinabove mentioned improvements will affect the facilities of <br />Marcos hereinafter called the Owner, at the following described locations: <br /> <br />the City of San <br /> <br />PARCEL 1 <br /> along the south side of FM 3407 from approximately 2,350 to 2,390 feet southeaSt ofFM 2439 <br /> <br />PARCEL 2 <br /> along the south side of FM 3407 fi-om approximately 3,165 to 3,380 feet southeast of FM 2439 <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />~,¥HEREAS, the Slate }las requested that the OwJ~er furnish to lhe Stale i~3formation relative to interests that Owner <br />holds in lands at each of the hereJnabove referenced locations; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, before me, the undersign]ed author/t3,, this day personally appeared <br /> · who, after being by me duly sworn, did depose and say: <br /> <br />'al he is of and, as <br /> <br />}h, has knowledge of thc facts contained herein, and, <br /> <br />That, ~o the best of h/s/her knowledge, said Owner is the owner of the following described interests in lhe hereinabove <br />indicated lands, copies of the instruments under which said Owner claims said interest bei~]g auached hereto and made a <br />part hereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
