<br />16.2 The execution and performance of this Agreement by the City and the Subrecipient <br />have been duly authorized by all necessary laws, resolutions or corporate action, and this <br />Agreement constitutes the valid and enforceable obligations of City and Subrecipient in <br />accordance with its terms. <br /> <br />16.3 This Agreement may be amended only by written instrument signed by both City and <br />Subrecipient.
