C. In the second paragraph of the Initial Bond, "initial" shall be inserted before "Paying Agent/Registrar" in the first sentence, "executing the registration certificate appearing hereon," shall be deleted and an additional sentence shall be added to the paragraph as follows: "The initial Paying Agent/Registrar is Regions Bank."; D. the Initial Bond shall be numbered R-I.
