"Reserve Fund" -The fund that was described in Section 4.04 hereof. <br />"Reserve Fund Obligation" - Means, a surety bond or insurance policy deposited in the <br />Reserve Fund to satisfy the Required Reserve Amount whereby the issuer is obligated to provide <br />funds up to and including the maximum amount and under the conditions specified in such <br />agreement or instrument. <br />"Rule" -SEC Rule 15c2-12, as amended from time to time. <br />"SEC" -The United States Securities and Exchange Commission. <br />"Section" -Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, refers to a Section of this First <br />Supplement. <br />"Security Register" -The books and records kept and maintained by the Registrar relating <br />to the registration, transfer, exchange, and payment of the Bonds and the interest thereon. <br />"Series" - A separate series of Bonds as specified by or pursuant to the terms of this First <br />Supplement. <br />"SID" -Any person designated by the State or an authorized department, officer, or agency <br />thereof as, and determined by the SEC or its staff to be, a state information depository within the <br />meaning of the Rule from time to time. <br />SAN MARCOS 2008: FirstSupplementalOrdinance A-3 <br />
