<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />rHE APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Contractor shall comply with the Act specified in Section 3 of this contract <br />and with the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder pertaining to the <br />Rental Rehabilitation Program in 24 C.F.R. Part 511. as amended; the OMB <br />Circulars and the Management Standards specified in Section 6 of this <br />contract; and with all other federal. state. and local laws and regulations <br />applicable to the activities and performances rendered by Contractor under <br />this contract including but not limited to the laws. and the regulations <br />promulgated thereunder specified in Sections I through VI of this Exhibit C. <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />CIVIL RIGHTS <br /> <br />Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (42 U.S.C. Sec. 2000d et seq.); 24 <br />C.F.R. Part 1, "Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development - Effectuation of Title VI of the <br />Civil Rights Act of 1964"; <br /> <br />Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968. "The Fair Housing Act of 1968" (42 <br />U.S.C. Sec. 3601 et seq.); <br /> <br />Executive Order 11063. as amended by Executive Order 12249. and 24 C.F.R. Part <br />107. "Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunity in Housing under Executive Order <br />11063." The failure or refusal of Contractor to comply with the requirements <br />of Executive Order 11063 or 24 C.F.R. Part 101 shall be a proper basis for the <br />imposition of sanctions specified in 24 C.F.R. 107.60; <br /> <br />The Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 6101 et seq.); <br /> <br />Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 194) and <br />"Nondiscrimination Based on Handicap in Federally-Assisted Programs and <br />Activities of the Department of Housing and Urban Development." 48 Fed. Reg. <br />22470 (May 18. 1983) and 48 Fed. Reg. 21528 (June 15. 1983) and <br /> <br />The Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 (42 U.S.C.
